In the U.S. we have the freedom to practice whatever religion we want and to teach this religion to anyone. This is a gross injustice and and a blatant disregard for religious freedom.

As a Greek Orthodox Christian, I am appalled that our religion is being treated as a cult. It is the most ancient Christianity, and a beautiful way to raise children. This judge should be ashamed.

It is our constitutional right to raise our children within our religious beliefs. If we begin to place strictures upon this - all religious freedoms are in jeopardy.

Unconstitutional and certainly not in the best interests of the child.

There is no reason why a father should be treated this unfairly. The judge should be removed, not only from this case but from her position, if she has personal biases that are coloring her professional decisions.

America is over if this is allowed to stand.

This is horrible. There is nothing more beautiful than being able to share different customs with your children....it is a part of who they are. How ignorant and close minded is this judge?

Please give him his parental rights. How heartless can this judge be?

This is horrific, and frankly unconstitutional. The Greek people layed the foundation for this country, and it was through our Holy Orthodox Church that Christianity was spread throughout the world!

Shame on the judicial system that is allowing this. Every child has the right to learn about their heritage, religion and language.
