The Greek orthodox religion is beautiful and pure, bringing everyone together activley in faith. Simply based on the fact that we are in America means we are free and safe to practice a religion thats been around for thousands of years, one that brings no harm but a community of togetherness that tends to fulfill the needs of every man and child. To try and stop a father from freely experiencing this life with his daughter is unethical and wrong. Don’t people come to this country seeking religious freedom, or is that not safe anymore?

I am from Canada, till recently in the highest courts of the country, someone can only take Outh by putting their hand in the bible, Christian Bible.

Is it okay for a divorced family to prevent 1 parent from teaching their children of their Jewish faith. No. Is it okay for an African American family be denied teaching their children about kwanza? No. Yet we are the most closed minded country when it comes to learning by about other culitures. We don’t require our children to learn a second language and every child in Europe must learn a second language. Usually English. And now thus poor man is being denied teaching his child about her own culture. She’s being denied learning a second language without even trying. Shame shame shame.

Absolutely disgusting behavior by someone in a position of power. There truly is a war on Christianity going on, and I can admit that as a non-Christian. The "justice" system is no longer about justice, but rather politics. May God have mercy on your black souls.

This judge doesn’t seem to be unbiased towards parents or towards religion, she should not be a sitting judge nor should she have any place in a legal setting.

I am a Catholic and I cannot stand to see this, this is an insult to anything that is good. A father should have the ability to teach his daughter their family customs, practices, and religion because this is what a parent is supposed to do.
