We have had a cabin on Denny creek for 40 years. It is a special place of peace and calm and beauty. Please don’t ruin it with noise and congestion!

There is too much wildlife, natural water and families in this area to allow such an invasive project. There are multiple other sites possible that would not disrupt a highly traveled and visited site by families and small children.

It will be disruptive, destructive, and hinder the enjoyment thousands of people receive by visiting this beautiful area yearly. Many families own land, have built family cabins and come here to enjoy the beauty of this area for close to 100 years. Mr. Linde, who owns both KOA Campgrounds on either side of Denny Creek Road, the Terry Povah estate, and lots of land in between should be stopped from starting this new project. It is detrimental to the wildlife, the people and the environment of this beautiful and pristine area.

What are Steve Linde, and the Gallatin county commissioners thinking? A Mine?? Defile this haven for generations, for some gravel? Rethink my new tax assessment! It destroys values, sell the ground, and buy your gravel!
