Corbyn has a clear mandate to oppose these terrible attacks on the living standards of working people. He has energised and enthused thousands of people, more power to him and the movement. They say cut back, we say fight back!

The election of Jeremy Corbyn is a breath of fresh air for anyone who wants to see a fairer society and the defence of working class living standards.

Jeremy Corbyn was democratically elected with a large majority of labour members and supporters. It is not the democratic duty of all Labour MPs to support him and work towards creating an inclusive and fairer society. And a poverty free safe World.

Austerity is an excuse to deflate, demoralise, demotivate, dehumanise, and destroy the lives of ordinary people. The national debt and the deficit are cited as justification; but those with a modicum of understanding of economics realise that the majority of the public have been sold a pig by both the Tory party itself, and the multi-billionaire tax-avoiding owners of the press. Corbyn and McDonnell know this - as did Miliband and Balls; but, the former two aren't afraid to stand up and challenge the right-wing lies, full speed ahead. Just what the people of this country need, so desperately.

Austerity is a politically motivated attack on working people. Get rid of it and its advocates now!

As a caring society we should make sure that those that need help get it without making them feel worthless and a burden on everyone who is not in that position.

The PLP clearly think they are more important that the majority of party members. They're not. Unless more than 50% of their constituents ask them not to they should support their leader as the party has asked them to do.

Back Corbyn. Don't compromise, even if it means going down fighting. Stay on the front foot.

Inside or outside the Labour Party, Jeremy's victory has given hope to millions, we need a mass movement to transform those hopes into reality

Austerity measures are destroying our society. Austerity is stealing the future from the young people I work with in further education. The cruelty of cuts in disabled benefits has led to suicides and ruined lives. The benefit cap causes hunger and homelessness. We desperately need a movement against austerity. I am not a member of the Labour Party. But I stand shoulder to shoulder with Jeremy Corbyn for a fairer and more equal society.
