We the people want a politician who puts Us, the People, first! Not a politician whose sole purpose is to line the pockets of their friends and family whilst crippling the poor. We are awake. We are coming for you. The new world will be ruled by the people, not by the greedy!

Time to turn the tide! 'Austerity' serves no-one but the 'haves' who don't appreciate it anyway.

Corbyn so far seems to be the only politician we've seen for decades with any backbone

Have always voted Labour and I'm a member, but as a life long socialist have never felt so delighted.

I don't even know why we need to do this! 59% is an overwhelming mandate. If people cannot accept this fact, they should leave. I cannot think of a more popular Labour Leader, even more so than Tony Blair!!!

If you don't respect Jeremy's overwhelming mandate from the membership, you don't respect democracy.

It's shocking that petitions like this should even be necessary. Sadly some individuals in the PLP are so self obsessed that whilst wrapping themselves in a mantle of being 'moderates', they are actually the absolute enemies of any form of democracy. I find it extremely sad that there are MP's seemingly taking the Labour whip, who are held in complete contempt by so many Labour supporters. These are the people almost wholly responsible for Labour's decline in support over the past decade yet they just don't see it. Self indulgent self obsessed wasters one and all.

This is a defence of democracy as he got 60% of the votes cast.

Austerity is designed by those in government to cause pain and suffering to those who need help the most! Appalling

Mr Corbyn has my full backing 100%. The honesty, decency and anti austerity policies was why I re-joined the Labour party after a 30 year absence.
