Property Developers want to desecrate wild life and destroy a beautiful
natural rain forest; plans are to put a block of units on top of a beautiful
iconic waterfall and creek in 27 Redman Rd. Currently the iconic rainforest is home to
many species of Australian Wild Life such as kookaburras, cockatoos, rainbow
lorikeets, water dragons, geckos and so many more. Clearing of the diverse
Australian flora and fauna in this area would be a tragedy.
The area is currently prone to flooding and on the Warringah council
flood relief plan. After light rain the creek and waterfall have huge
quantities of water flowing through. In 1980 the area flooded with water 4 feet
above road level, units on top of the creek would increase flood risk. Please
support residents in the local area to stop the development of these plans.
Beautiful nature reserve, adds value and enjoyment to existing properties around it.
