I write to you as an insurer with MUTUAL BENEFITS ASSURANCE, i started the policy plan of I.S.P.P. (Investment Savings Protection Plan) with the sum of #20,000 monthly and i resolved to the lower plan of P.P.I.P. ( Personal Pension & Investment Plan) with the sum of #5,000 monthly with reasons clearly stated.

On receiving my new policy document i found out that the sum of #10,000 has been deducted from my account.
