Deduct points from football clubs that don't ban fans make sick vile chants ie. about the Hillsborough disaster, The Philpott kids, Victims of pheadophiles etc. It's about time the league stepped in and did something about these vile so called fans as certain clubs seem to let it happen over and over again. Clubs that turn a blind eye to it for the sake of ticket sales should be held to some kind of account unlike the club's that actually ban these idiots
