Include the over 800 Public Comments issued to Kenneth Fineberg that he claims shaped his thinking as to how the VCF should work. There were hundreds of Comments asking if Congress was going to assume the liability of OTHER Corporations alledged liability. I have been trying to get all these Comments and who made them for years. These Comments will prove the Oil Industry Halliburton and everyone involved with asbestos liability was making these Comments for a reason
