The Declaration of Independence 2010 is a petition of the grievances, which We the People of America have today, against our government.  A rocket scientist is not necessary to figure out that America is in trouble.  If you agree with a majority of the identified grievances against our government as found in the Declaration 2010 on www.Declaration2010.us, would like to change America back to a Nation of Laws, not of men, under the Constitution as intended by the Founders; then we ask you to be a signer of the Declaration 2010.  Following the instructions here will put your name on the Signers list.
