I am against federal recognition by the United States.
I know now that the United States has manipulated, colonized our kupuna's minds, lands, and language to put them under duress.
I know now that all wrong put upon our kanaka mauoli from 1893 is subject to USG 147 war crimes.
I know now that our Queen Liliokalani was knowledgeable in international law to the point that she knew by writing the two executive agreement's the way she did and stay in Kapu Aloha with her people,. The United States is forced to reinstate the powers back to the kingdom and its people.
I know now that the kingdom of Hawaii still exsist because the United States cannot show evidence to the international court of a treaty of annexation.
I know now that we need to hold the United States to truth! For the right of our nation.
I know now that we the kanaka mauoli of this land need to stay in Kapu Aloha, as our Queen did and come together and UNITE to form a governing body for our kingdom that still exsist.
I know that our young intelligent kanaka's iare capable of running our kingdom for the benefits of our kanaka mauoli and the future of our keiki and kupuna.
I know now that, the United States and the state of Hawaii is trying hard to identify us as an Indian tribe, so that we relinquish our sovereignty.
SO NOW I KNOW, I'M SOVEREIGN UNDER A SOVEREIGN KINGDOM THE NATION OF HAWAII NEI! E ola mau a mau

I Pamela Averill do stand as a Kanaka Maoli from the Kingdom of Hawai'i against all actions presented by Na'i aupuni and Ferderal recognition... No tready, no annexation, no na'i aupuni... no federal recognition...
Self-determination comes from the lahui - the people, not state-determination.
Hawaiians demand a nation and government independent of the U.S. Federal government and "State of Hawai'i". A nation we never willingly surrendered to this day.

My signature herein REAFFIRMS the the achievements accomplished by Hawaii's Moi, from Kamehameha I and all that succeeded him to Queen Liliuokalani. Some of these achievements are - Unifying the Hawaiian Islands into a Nation (1810); Exercising "Self-Determination" and receiving "State Recognition" by the International community (family of nations) in 1843 as the first Independent Sovereign non-European/Christian Nation; the gathering, signing and submitting tot he United States Congress (1898) of the Aloha Aina Ku'e Petition protesting and rejecting the U.S. Annexation of the Hawaiian Islands and its Hawaiian Kingdom National Citizenry through a U.S. Joint Resolution and no "Treaty."
Ko Hawaii Pae Aina, the Hawaiian Islands and its national citizenry has been recognized as an Independent Country since 1843; and whose achievements have never been "legally" extinguished.
The United States, its military and the State of Hawaii et al are presently OCCUPYING a foreign country and whose national citizenry have been subjected to crimes of International proportion and severity that these noted injuries are exasperated by the actions of Nai Aupuni and the U.S. Department of Interior, not remedied.
