A Declaration given on this 22nd day of April 2017 by residents of Arizona and Citizens of The United States of America.
WHEREAS The Venezuelan government has perpetrated human rights abuses upon its citizens;
WHEREAS The Venezuelan government has shut down and eliminated the freedom of the press;
WHEREAS The Venezuelan government jails its opposition, denies humanitarian assistance from reaching those who need it most, and is now murdering innocent citizens and;
WHEREAS The United States has both the International Authority and the Imperative to act in the face of such abuses;
THEREFORE We the sons and daughters of the Republic of Venezuela, residents of the state of Arizona and citizens of these Unites States ask our representatives of the Arizona Congressional delegation to:
1- Introduce and support further sanctions on Nicolas Maduro and members of his regime
2- Push the Administration of President Trump to put to full use, the diplomatic powers of the United States of America in order to expedite the immediate introduction of humanitarian aid to the territory of Venezuela
3- Push the Organization of American States to invoke the Democratic Charter to press the Venezuelan government into restoring judicial independence, a free press and the protection of fundamental human rights.

There’s no need to hyphenate it anymore. Venezuela is just a dictatorship. My people is dying by the hands of political police. Please we need help.
Please, please, act immediately. My people are starving and dying. Venezuela is officially a dictatorship.
Please, the Venezuelan people are desperate for our help. Take a stand and let their government know that they new to respect their people, their lives and wishes. Basic civil rights are non negotiable. No more deaths, no more violence against innocent people that are protesting on the streets for their rights.
Keep ignoring a tyrant and you get North Korea. Venezuela is much closer and with their oil money they can do much damage - think supporting terrorism world wide as was recently shown by their issuance of passports to arabs claiming they were Venezuelan citizens. Good way for terrorist to get around watch lists.
Our innocent people keeps dying daily, being murdered. Our people only wants to live a decent hard working life. The repression is out of hand, enough is enough. Please!
