In 1776 Great British Colonists declared there independence from a tyrannical rule, the same like minded tyrannical thinking still survives today in our local governments, one such local government is The London Borough of Hounslow who deal with there constituents in a fascist manor. 

These uneducated people in a position of power that abuse the system and the people under them set fourth our sometimes ridiculous laws. 

I believe the opening statement from the Declaration in 1776 still applied today and i write it out below as a reminder and thus Declare my independence and all the signatories on this petition against the London Borough of Hounslow.      

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Issuing perking tickets on a weekly basis to residents that have parked in the same place for over 20 years without 6 months prior notice of intent.

Refusing to meet in person to discuss difficult matters that can only be resolved in the manor.

Excessive council tax with nothing in return with regards to environmental health, road conditions.

A fascist approach towards its constituents, with complete disregards to due process.

Harassment by letter and by phone without confronting or confirming the facts first.

As a population that lives directly under the flight path of the airport, council taxes should be halved due excessive pollution we all suffer.

NO adequate parking for local parks.

Excessive parking charges for local shops.

NO adequate parking conditions for local schools

NO regard to road safety conditions 

NO regard to resident parking conditions with relation for access for 999 emergency vehicles.

A local government that looks after their own interests and not that of its constituents.
