Na'i Aupuni ' s process does not represent the wishes and voices of greater population of our indigenous aboriginal hawaiian nationals. In fact it's process allows for our nationals to be discriminated against repeating the very act which occurred against our lahui by the so called Republic of Hawaii by imprisoning our nationals for voicing their opposition to the Na'i Aupuni process.

I, as a kanaka maoli, have not given consent to this process or to be put under the control of the Department of Interior.

Hawaii is not a US dependent tribe. Hawaii is a nation far older than the US with international rights to exist without the impediment of another of nation.

I OPPOSE Na'i Aupuni Unelected Representatives, OHA, SCHHA, or CNHA to represent me in becoming a Native American Indian Tribe. We are NOT Indians, and we DO NOT wish to become such classification under the DOI. NOT Right! The Hawaiian Kingdom still EXISTS today.

I firmly REJECT the ILLEGAL Naʻi Aupuni ʻAha to create a "Native Hawaiian Government" in/for the Hawaiian Kingdom nation-state of Hawaiʻi, a sovereign country since 1843.
