Debra Scherer was my oldest sister and a pillar of her community. President of Habitat for Humanity, active in her church. Beloved by her family and friends. Taken way too soon by a drowsy driver which is no different than a drunk driver. Drowsy driver should be held accountable just as much as a drunk driver. They make the same choice to get in that vehicle and drive as someone who else who is drunk or on drugs. Please hold them accountable and add drowsy drivers to the law.
