I absolutely think this should be in a law because to me if you are drowsy it’s like being drunk . My family and I give our condolences to you and your family,keep fighting this till it is a law

I hope this will cut down on some of the deaths of people driving while extremely sleepy. Even if you have to pull in somewhere and power nap. It will be better then risking yourself or someone's family

A sleepy driver is as bad as a drunk driver.

It doesn’t seem right that a person can knowing drive absolutely exhausted, kill someone…. And pay an $11.50 fine.

Just recently in the last year there was a death from a sleepy driver on St Rd 68 in Lynnville, IN I believe the man's name killed was Aker? Nothing done to that driver either !

People need to be held accountable for their actions. No one should drive a vehicle if they're sleepy.

As the driver killed and didn't get a skwo in the wrist. I agree the law needs to be changed to include ANYONE for any reason that kills
