I have been reading through the stories you are sharing in the comments and my heart is truly heavy for every family going through this. I started this because I felt alone but seeing your responses shows me that we are in this together.

I am honestly overwhelmed by the momentum this has gained lately. This movement belongs entirely to the families who stepped up to share their own experiences. I truly never expected this level of response.

Judge Michael Howard makes decisions with no regard for the facts. I am sixty four My ex is 49. I was retired with disabilities and Judge Howard forced me to go to work by giving my ex an 11/7 split. She gets my pensions when she is 50 even if she remarries. I filed motions - which were correct - on my behalf because after spending thousands on an attorney I ended up broke. Judge Howard would not allow me to speak even though I was there pro se. When I tried to speak he threatened to throw me in jail. CSEA says (that what the motions were about) I am behind over eight thousand dollars even though the eight thousand dollars accrued is due to there accounting mistakes. He will not listen so that these arrears can be corrected. I can't stand him he is no good!
We have tried and tried. We have filed grievances, appeal after appeal. We have not been aloud to speak in court. We have fought and fought. If anyone is interested we are going to file a lawsuit and keep fighting. [email protected]
Very unfair. Refused to listen to complaint.
All of Stark County Family Court is corrupt. I had two hearings, not with Judge Howard. The transcripts for BOTH hearings 6 weeks apart disappeared into thin air.
Dale again Im not keen on giving money via internet without knowing the parties somewhat my email is [email protected]
I am going to file a second complaint to the Ohio Disciplinary Board to have him reprimanded.
Heh guys I am going to meet with an attorney about the same thing Friday in Canton. Want to come.

He is not caring as far as what happens to children. There is a case going right now where the father is trying g to get his seven year old daughter. Everything is going his way even though he had her go outside by herself before. He is not nice to people in this child's life in general, has. Violent past, which this judge let him off for in the past. Just not impressed with his ethnics. Thanks
