We need to pause development while we get the transparent analysis requested. Enough is enough.

We need answers and action and thoughtful real-world based planning. We have the RIGHT to expect clean water and basic public health and safety protections. We MUST elect better civic leaders. Starting NOW.

It's time to stop the madness of rapid development and the county commissioners.

As a resident of Sarasota County I am very concerned that standards need to be changed to address increased rainfall due to global warming.

This immense flooding from Debby made the whole community feel vulnerable, even those of us not directly affected. We need answers about why this happened so I support the need for a hydrology study!

We did not suffer flood damage ourselves but we stand with those who did and know we could be next

Too much development without enough infrastructure to meet the needs. Preserve the trees that help prevent flooding and give off oxygen.

Vote the builder backed candidates out! Mike Moran is complicit in the flooding with his builder backed votes. He has no business being tax collector.

We need the County to take a break from uncontrolled development approvals. Let's work on catching up with infrastructure. We must find out why this flooding happened. And do NOT hire Kimley Horn to do any study. We know they are controlled by developers.
