I have lupus, fibromyalgia, nerve damage from a bad back surgery and all of my disc's in my back are so degenerated along with facet disease in my back and hips. Because of DEBILITATING PAIN I must see a pain management doctor each month to get VERY STRONG prescription narcotics as well as spinal injections. If marijuania were legal I would DEFINITELY choose that over the addictive narcotics that I must be on. The very few times that I've tried cannabis it gave me INSTANT relief from my pain. The same pain that the narcotics do not give complete relief from and build strong narcotic tolerances, which is what leads to opioid overdose which is supposedly what our government is so concerned with right now. It's a fact that a person can not overdose on marijuania.

Cannabis should be controlled on a State to State basis as it is not mentioned in the Constitution. Please help us pass Amendment 28!
