Yes. 100%. Time to do away with all criminals. Pedos, murderers, rapists gotta go. Give non-violent criminals three strikes, then "see ya".

"immidiatly"? Oh you mean "immediately" . For Capital Murder, and without a doubt the person is guilty, we need the death penalty brought back and used. Thank you.

We need a cost effective way to bring down violent crime, we could also balance the budget by selling tickets to watch the condemned have justice be served upon them

I am in full support for reinstating capitol punishment in Canada. In the last few years in B.C. alone we have had some very violent murders here and some that should not have happened. These people get life in prison which carry a mandatory sentence of life imprisonment with a parole ineligibility period of 25 years then they can be released on good behavior. but the ones who killed Kimberly Proctor will be eligible for parole after 10 years.

We are long overdue to have the death penalty brought back here in Canada. Keeping offenders who are found guilty without a shadow of a doubt of the crime, should be placed on death row. Capital murder (crimes listed below) should be punishable by death after all resources for the offender has been exhausted in legal matters, then the offender should be placed on "scheduled for execution" list. Crimes for Capital murder are: "murder of a peace officer or fireman who is acting in the lawful discharge of an official duty and who the person knows is a peace officer or fireman; murder during the commission or attempted commission of kidnapping, burglary, robbery, aggravated sexual assault, arson, obstruction or retaliation, or terroristic threat; murder for remuneration or promise of remuneration or employs another to commit murder for remuneration or promise of remuneration; murder during escape or attempted escape from a penal institution; murder, while incarcerated in a penal institution, of a correctional employee or with the intent to establish, maintain, or participate in a combination or in the profits of a combination; murder while incarcerated in a penal institution for a conviction of murder or capital murder; murder while incarcerated in a penal institution serving a life sentence or a 99 year sentence for a conviction of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated sexual assault, or aggravated robbery; murder of more than one person during the same criminal transaction or during different criminal transactions but the murders are committed pursuant to the same scheme or course of conduct; murder of an individual under ten years of age; or murder in retaliation for or on account of the service or status of the other person as a judge or justice of the supreme court, the court of criminal appeals, a court of appeals, a district court, a criminal district court, a constitutional county court, a statutory county court, a justice court, or a municipal court".
