Yes bring back hanging for killers of certain categories if you have solid evidence

Jails are full of hard core murderers + terrorists so there’s no reason why we should pay to keep them, prison isn’t enough.

The death penalty should have been reinstated years ago ❓❓❓ AND the TAX PAYERS MONEY should be spent on PROPERLY EDUCATING children and Adults, and looking after ALL the OLD AGE PENSIONERS, AND COMPENSATING THE WASPI WOMEN plus REVERSING the Retirement Age back to 60yrs for EVERYONE including the MEN (Just to make it FAIR and EQUAL❓❓❓)instead of wasting it on Keeping SCUMBAGS ALIVE ❓❓❓ Plus The Government who have WASTED so much Money should ALL be held to ACCOUNT and made to repay every penny out of their own VERY DEEP POCKETS, ❓❓❓ LET'S HAVE A REFERENDUM on EVERYTHING from Now on To REINSTATE DEMOCRACY and give ALL the Decision Making to THE PEOPLE As The Governments for A Very Long Time Have Made So Many Bad Decisions ❓❓❓ The Biggest Problem WHY THERE is SO Much CRIME (NO SERIOUS DETERRENTS❓❓❓

As you have stated, DNA testing should provide evidence that can be shown to be beyond any shadow of a doubt, wether the person is guilty or innocent, which will allow the courts to make a fair and just decision…. And if a person kills in cold blood, they should stand trial by Judge and Jury

I've been saying this for ages

Bring back DP for the following crimes: Murder (especially of women, children and emergency service workers) Rape (especially multiple offenders and crimes involving a child) Treason (Including joining a prescribed terror organisation or an enemy state) Terrorism (attacks, providing material support especially money and weapons) Tax evasion (totalling more than £1Million) Ecocide (when the damage is expected to last for hundreds of years and covering a wide area)

I agree with the death penalty for certain crimes.

They should never have stopped it fir all it should have been at the discretion of lawyers and police evidence brought together and a large jury to decide if that crime and person or persons are as far as possible can be guilty and then the judge can give out a death sentence.... now with DNA etc the chances are.it will be easier to ensure that the wrong people are not condemned

Capital Punishment is the way forward. Too much heinous crimes are being committed, we need a real deterrent.

No deterrent for crime that's why we should bring back the death penalty for murderers.

Yes bring it back, we are keeping these people a live three meals a day a roof over their heads plus cent to heating?

Agree, advancement in technology and without question guilty, then maybe criminal's will think twice before taking others lives.
