With the death penalty in place, We will not have a repeat offender. Females that do not have medical should get the best treatment of resources.
Also, I never hear this spoken of when it's election time. WHY? Women need to stand up.

the only reason a person commits rape is because he does not have fear for the law.. death penalty wont stop all the rapes.. but will reduce it to some extent.

Me and my daughters and mother are survivors of rape that have never had justice we are traumatized for life from these experiences while the rapist is allowed to run Havoc through our lives the only way to end this is to stiffen the penalties for these rapist and pedophiles we survivors need change we need to feel safe and a clear message needs to go out to all these rapist!

I'm a survivor of rape and so are my children and mother we have never gotten Justice these people that rape people they don't change it's a lifestyle a majority of them continue this in the penitentiary they are parasites they need to be exterminated
