I am a biological woman. While I have empathy for the journey men take to package themselves as women, they are not biologically women and therefore should not be recognized as such.

Trans ideology is incompatible with homosexuality. Homosexuality is same-SEX attraction, not same-gender-identity attraction. Women don't have penises. Lesbians don't do dick. That is the whole bloody point!

Transgender political ideology is based on sex stereotypes, results in the sterilization of children who would otherwise have been gay and lesbian, and justifies this harm by simultaneously arguing that children should be "affirmed" without question, but that when those children later desist/regret they should be de-platformed because they weren't "really" trans. This is the circular logic of cult belief, and Stonewall shouldn't sully its history of civil-rights achievements by endorsing such discreditable illiberality.

Women need protected. Sort your priorities out.

Stonewall, your stance on the trans issue is homophobic, misogynistic and based on lies. Your refusal to engage in debate or to acknowledge any other viewpoint or concern is destroying Stonewall.

This nonsense has gone too far, it is damaging to women and children, the bullying and abuse and the homophobia, the vile threats to women, the silencing of anyone who speaks up. Not to mention the rapey attitude towards Lesbians re "cotton ceiling"...all beyond disgraceful. Adult MALES with mental health problems, and deviant behaviours, deliberately inducing mental health crises in children, just to gain power and validate their own delusions...ENOUGH. Stonewall is not safeguarding women or promoting democracy and freedom of speech.

Trans people should have rights, of course. But their rights should not override those of women and girls, or lesbian and gay people either.

Sex and gender are not the same thing. Being a woman is not about feelings, clothes or behaviours. It is about inhabiting a female body and the way we are treated by society as a result. The pay gap, FGM, pregnancy and childbirth risks, sexual violence and more affect us predominantly or exclusively. All of this happens because of our sex, not our gender identity. This is why I want sex-based protections to be maintained.

Stonewall are ignoring the legitimate concerns over sex self ID from many groups and individuals. Stonewall is helping to foster a climate of bullying, intimidation and slander against anyone who disagrees on any aspect of Transgender ideology, no matter how reasonable or nauanced these concerns may be. Stonewall has failed in its Duty of Care towards the lesbians it is supposed to represent and advocate for as an LBGT organisation, by promoting policies that harm and erase lesbians on multiple fronts.
