We women worked hard for our sex based rights we also supported Trans when no one else was. Now we deal with aggression and usurpation of Lesbian and womens only space, sport etc ...rather than demanding their own and competing appropriately with other trans. I don't understand why our safety has been put at risk. Something is very wrong Stonewall...

Stonewall does not speak for lesbians, not any more.

Sex based rights are vital to womens rights and lesbian and gay rights .. Gender is a social construct ,whereas sexuality is based on attraction to same or opposite sex. Therefore as a life long lesbian I consider Stonewall's notion that one's sex is something to be chosen as a homophobic and mysogynitic stance. If I weregrowing up.today I would be highly likely to be coerced into taking hormones and becoming a boy..as I felt like a boy and was a Tomboy ,where in fact I was a lesbian who was butch.!!

Gender identity is important but so is sex, and there should be a balanced approach taken.

I am not transphobic or homophobic. I have fought hard for women’s rights over the years and am really angry to see these rights eroded and the sheer misogyny of some trans campaigners.

Please undo the damage they you dogma is doing to transpeople, gay people and women.

Please listen to women that we are not safe if the definitions of what it is to be female are changed. (NB neither are trans ppl). I’ve been sex harassed by men holding penises on display in gender neutral bathrooms since bathroom culture changed here in the U.K. to accommodate “women” who are male. I’ve Seen rape threats aimed at “terfs” on my timeline. Creating a culture where women saying ‘no, this is our line in the sand’ is unacceptable or results in doxxing, sacking, rape and murder threats is a rape culture. The pro trans rights arguments have become inherently rapey. That’s why I stopped campaigning for trans rights and started listening to GC feminists. These aggressive tactics which shut down debate are also damaging to the trans community and the pro trans / anti transphobia arguments and campaigns
