I have seen a number of young lesbians sincerely asking if they are hateful for not sleeping with male bodied people, or stating they feel pressure or are shamed into do so by the very community that is supposed to except their same sex attraction. This is also normalising deceptive dating practices and hate towards women for turning down partners - a dangerous combo. As well as outright bullying and homophobia aka "genital fetishists" and "cotton ceiling" *People who identify as women are distinct from women* That reasonable fact being is dismissed as hate speech. Reasonable trans ppl except this, and reject the extreme views that seem so widely accepted by establised LGBT publications and institutions are ultimately doing more harm to them as well as everybody else.

Stop working to dissolve my legal rights as a woman.

Having opinions that differ from the woke orthodoxy does not make me transphobic. Rational, balanced and fair debate is needed and all sides of the argument heard on this controversial subject.

The total shutdown of discussion on this topic and its context is deeply, deeply troubling. They even shut down people who they claim to speak up for. Woe betide even someone who is not cisgendered but does not follow the full doctrine.

I am a leader in Girlguiding and I am concerned about safeguarding issues if we unquestioningly accept all trans girls/women. The least we should be able to do is debate the issue without being branded as hateful.

Transgender health care needs to be based on science, not rushing people to medication. It's way past time to have fact based discussion on this!

Shutting down debate over such a profound and far-reaching issue is antithetical to a free and tolerant society. I fully support this call to such a prominent organisation to openly and honestly engage with this issue rather than literally stonewalling opinions they don't care for.

We need respectful debate around this issue. What is happening at the moment is dystopian. As a woman I feel bullied by trans rights activists and feel certain that I am not safe around trans identified males especially. I feel that trans people mean to harm me just because I refuse to deny that sex is real. Stonewall is doing nothing to reassure me, quite the opposite in fact.

It is disappointing to me to see an organisation determinedly ignore lesbian and other women's rights as Stonewall UK has done and I am not sure they can ever put it right. It is like the oppression that lesbians and other women suffered historically for decades and fought hard against has gone right over their heads. The betrayal of lesbians is enormous.
