What is Stonewall hiring? And the transitioning of our children needs to STOP.

I. Signing this because I want the rights of women and girls upheld. I want lesbian to mean female homosexual and I want Stonewall to reconsider it's harmful transgender teaching in school.

I am concerned about the misrepresentation of lesbians and the denial of biological reality that this ideology entails. Women’s rights are human rights and to march over them for an agenda that serves only a few is shameful and corrupt.

The fear that people have in discussing this is real, and because of this it damages all groups involved. Redefining sexual attraction to gendered attraction hurts people. It hurt me physically, and is shutting down spaces where I, as a lesbian, feel safe to exist. There is room for all of us, but only if we can talk about it without pretending it's all settled and any slight disagreement constitutes a hates crime, and requires deplatforming.

Feminism can't accommodate rethinkings or redefining of female that amount to the erasure of women.

Lesbians matter

This is such a huge topic and you have created division where there wasn't any before and alienated allies. Please reconsider.

You threw #Lesbians under the bus in your haste to join/create the latest cool thing---gender. Current trans policy is misogyny and homophobic, especially targetting #Lesbians. Help create policy that lifts us all up instead of destroying the rights of lesbians. Women and girls are discriminated against based on their sex and that discrimination is impossible to even discuss, much less rectify, with Stonewall's erasure of sex based protections

Sex is innate. Gender is a social construct. Conflating the terms is contributing to confusion and the undermining of the sex based rights of all women (heterosexual, lesbians or bisexuals). It also undermines the definition of lesbians and homosexuals and the legitimacy of their sex based preferences. Transwomen are not biological women and, as such, do not require the same protections or considerations afforded to women. Transwomen have unique concerns and require protections based on the issues arising from their gender dysphoria or similar issues. It's possible to support the rights of both women and transwomen without undermining the unique identities and concerns of either class. Stonewall and the wider community should enable rather than shutdown the debate. As matters stand, Stonewall appears to support the demonisation of gender critical women as TERFS. Supporting misogyny is not what Stonewall should be doing. Stonewall should do better!

The male hostility towards feminism I have seen online is frightening. Unless the ontological nature of trans existence is openly acknowledged and discussed I fear it will continue with quazi-religious fervour and the winners will be the far right.

Equality isn’t created by taking a steamroller over the rights of others. Women and girls matter. !

I want transwomen and transmen to be able to live in peace and with respect. I want women to be able to live in peace and with respect. Trans women are not women. They are their own category and they should not be given access to women's safe spaces.

I am a recently retired Prison Governor, lesbian and feminist. I need Stonewall to say quite clearly that as a woman I have the right to spaces and services that uphold sex-based protections. As a lesbian I need Stonewall to defend my right to exclude anyone with male genitalia from my intimate/ sexual space. As a non-violent person I need Stonewall to condemn all threats of violence against lesbians by Trans-Rights Activists

Finally some push back against these cultists. I was almost ready to give up.

Having learned more about this, it seems an eminently reasonable position that women should be considered a separate sex-class from trans women. Furthmore, Stonewall has no interest and refuses to hear any opinions counter to the current political tide, which is, in itself, bad.

The Mao’est tactics of the transgender lobby, the shutting down of debate, the vilification of dissenting voices, the criminalisation of opinion, is the biggest threat to western democracy since the fall of the fall of the Berlin wall.

'Male-bodied women' are a threat to women, you must take action on this or cease to be relevant.
