I have no objection to revision of laws to support trans rights. But, i do object to removing womens rights to do that. Men rights seem to be "superior" and women always seem to be at risk because if it. I dont think it actually helps trans rights just to scream TERF TERF at everyone with a reasonable point.

You can still be a trans ally and question some of the more extreme trans ideologies

Lesbian: a female homosexual. Homosexual: someone who experiences attraction to members of the same SEX. Woman: an adult human female. None of these are dirty words. Women’s rights are for female people. No male trans person is entitled to rights for female people. It’s not wrong for women to defend our rights and the language that we use to describe ourselves as female people.

I fully believe we should all fight for the rights of trans people, however, I can't agree that this should be at the expense of the hard won rights of women.

As a 74 year old lesbian activist, I expect an organisation claiming to represent my interests to actually do so!! Males can be trans people, but males cannot be female people or lesbians.

Signing this as i completely agree. As a 14 year old i think it is vital that we stop this ‘trend’ of being trans and degrading womens rights.

Very dismayed that Stonewall refuses to acknowledge the reality that many LGB supporters of trans rights do not subscribe to the this contemporary rush to throw away the classic defining features of being trans: being dysphoric and transitioning. Instead, Stonewall is trying to impose a false consensus on this issue, which it refuses to defend in debate, much as it did for the rights it fought for before. It is obvious that this new outlook is indefensible and the resorting to no-platforming and vilification will only backfire and fuel an anti-trans backlash

gender rights sexual orientation rights are already covered in this bill, the addition of gender identity erases sex, this is so illogical that it had to have come from some kind of militant faction, please stop and apply common sense.

I care deeply about trans rights. They don't have to come at the expense of women's rights to safety and privacy, and to talk honestly about sex-based oppression. I'm not attacking trans people's "right to exist" -- I'm a woman desperately trying to defend what rights I have.

Why would any sane person silence debate on whether Stonewall is gaslighting lesbians on a scale of corporate collusion with sexual-abuse and coerced sex changes? The very charity supposed to protect lesbians stands accused of being key - however subtly or overtly - to men having free reign to impose their genitalia on homosexual biological women, despite the revulsion expressed by the latter. It is surreal. I once passionately advocated for Stonewall, but want nothing to do with their arrogant bloody mindedness until they grow up and have an adult conversation
