Having fought for gender equality and security for women, gay men, lesbians, trans people all my life I'm not willing to sacrifice the identity, security and safety of girls and women to trans men just because they say so. I have always supported people's choice of gender identity but genetics matters. Trans men are trans men and trans women are trans women. Happy to support trans men, but you do not represent me.

I wholeheartedly support this petition. Stonewall’s position is destroying its raison d'être; pushing back advances for LGB people that have been made over many decades, conflating sexual orientation with “gender identity”, and alienating the very people it was created to represent.

Signing because in America we're suffering the same problem with the Trans community taking over gay and lesbian spaces and controlling all discourse by threatening, doxxing and slandering anyone who doesn't agree fully with their beliefs.

A person's belief must not be forced on others, just as with other religions nobody has to believe in your religion.

Don’t have policies that prefers adult trans women over the safety of women and girls. Don’t legitimise criticism of lesbians who don’t want trans women as sexual partners.

As a lesbian I am appalled at the stance Stonewall has taken which effectively denies the validity of same sex orientation and promotes gender identity in place of it.

By only supporting trans people, you’re throwing homosexual people under the bus. Please reconsider your stance and take gays and especially lesbians into consideration.

As a younger person, I grew up with fairly minimal homophobia, and it's only in the past 3-4 years that homophobia has risen sharply, to the extent that wearing a lesbian shirt outside feels radical again. Please work on this, the L, G, and B are still here even if our woes don't pay the bills anymore.

Stonewall does not get to redefine same-sex attraction and bring homophobia back in full force. If it is meant to represent all the letters, than it must do so equally—NOT by putting trans activists extremists demands above all else.

Great with an organisation that supports the rights of bisexual/gays/lesbians!

Concerned by much of the guidance provided to public sector bodies by stonewall. It breaches the law as it currently stands.

Bisexuals don't want to be told by "our" community that our sexuality is bigotry.

This just isn't right.
