I’m signing this for fairness for everyone, the LGBT community and beyond. We have to be allowed to have civil debate and *no* (as this seems to need constant clarification) that does not mean “debating the rights and lives of trans people”. It means listening to everyone’s concerns, and not just shutting out what is prematurely deemed to be the ‘wrong narrative’.

Stonewall are all pervading in every area of society. Their goal to change the gender recognition act will take away the safety of women and young girls. Instead of campaigning for unique spaces for trans gender people, as most minority groups have had to, they’ve made the decision to campaign to take women’s spaces. I vehemently oppose this for myself as a woman and all current and future generations of women.

I support James Dreyfus. He is a decent man and did nothing wrong. Stonewall is the culprit here.

It's good to talk. Not so good to scream hysterically at anyone with an opinion that diverges from your own.

I'm outraged that you are throwing lesbians and women under the bus. I'm scandalized that you are encouraging young gay people to believe they were born in the wrong body.

Society needs honest, rational and factual conversations to thrive.

Let's get back to the rights and protections of homosexual people.

There must be a solution that protects both women’s sex based rights AND the rights of trans people. We won’t achieve that solution until Stonewall engages in good faith with women’s concerns, or while it continues to silence our voices.

Please consider that many changes take place from childhood to adulthood. Don't encourage modifications that may be nigh on impossible to come back from.

We must move forward to discuss the conflict between women’s and trans rights and moving forward, work to protect both groups.
