Houston needs a NHL team as it will revive the youth programs there for growing the sport in this area. Really believe our market will sustain a successful team.

• supportive / passionate local hockey community with potential for major growth
• I45 rivalry with Dallas for marketing
• notable hockey history
• would balance central division
• Just please give us a team to root for. Expansion, relocation, whatever we can get; we'll take it :)

Houston should get the 32nd NHL franchise. The Central Division needs one more city and a Houston-Dallas rivalry, a brand new NHL Texas rivalry, would be awesome for the league! Please bring the Aeros into the NHL!

As a dual citizen of Canada and the US, I see such a strong connection between Houston and Calgary, hockey would be another strong bond. Also, I know the value that a great rivalry between neighbor cities creates - for both Houston and Dallas.
