Houston ("H-town") is the 3rd largest city in the US, with NFL, MLB, NBA, WNBA, WLS, etc. Astros just won the World Series. Houston's demographics has also changed dramatically in the last 20 years; it's not inhabited by mostly "Southern Folk" any more -- there is huge ethnic diversity since it's a port city. Need an NHL team; fans will come out of the woodwork. (there's also a lot Yankees from the North and Canucks in H-town, due to oil & gas).
