Dear IMMAF kids deserve a chance to get recognition too.

Kids that are dedicated to the sport deserve every bit of recognition as adults if not more. Considering peer pressure and the road it takes kids down today this is something that's very healthy for them both in responsibility and discipline but not only that the sense of respect and sportsmanship that they learn has a very positive influence on everything they do in the future. I'm really proud of Alana and respect her for her determination and willingness to grow from the experience of each competition. I honestly think a lot of people could benefit tremendously by seeing her as a role model. I'm not speaking just for kids but a lot of adults could learn something from her as well.

Competitors for the IMMAF Youth Championships deserve awards too!!!

All USA competitors, especially males athletes, deserve recognition for their achievements during this tournament and being the first to set world records.

The kids should also be recognized for the participation at such a big event. Let alone they all there and ready to perform.

The youth may have been excluded since the award ceremony will take place after the Adult and Junior (18-20) World Championships this November in Bahrain. Nevertheless it would be nice to see some additional recognition for the youth who participated so well in the inaugural Cadet World Championships.

Actually thought the same to myself when I didn’t see the Youth nominations. Glad Ms Pam is taking a stance on it

These kids work just as hard as anyone else. Since their parents have to transport them back and forth instead of driving themselves like the older athletes, the amount of time devoted to their careers is considerable. Alana Delva is awesome!

I agree that kids deserve recognition for the sacrifices and hard work put in everyday. Not everyone knows the lifestyle or struggles that have to be made. Give the kids what they deserve

Alana Delva is an inspirational female mma fighter and a true champion!!! All females in this sport should be recognized and congratulated on their success!!!

All children should be recognized for their accomplishments no one should ever be left out.

This should include all the immaf athletes including the youth or have a youth one also
