we actually did it because funko just confirmed they are officially moving forward with the tragicaly hip pop figures. i am still processing the news but thank you all for pushing for this until we finally got the yes.

We, the fans of the Tragically Hip, are requesting that Funko make Pop! figures of our beloved band members Gord Downie, Gord Sinclair, Rob Baker, Johnny Fay, and Paul Langlois.
One fan, Chris McCann, has made his own version of the band members, and they are amazingly accurate (see photo). You could model yours after them.
Since Gord Downie is raising funds for the Sunnybrook Foundation (Gord Downie Fund Fund for Brain Cancer Research) and raising awareness of issues faced by our Indigenous Peoples through the Gord Downie - Chanie Wenjack fund, it would be even better if a portion of proceeds from the sales of the figures could go to support one or both of these charities. Please consider this request. You would be making thousands of Hip fans very happy.

i cannot believe how much momentum this has gained so quickly. it is honestly moving to see so many people who care about the hip coming together like this.

The HIP would make an awesome addition to Funko POP!'s musician collection. Please Funko make The Tragically Hip figures.
I have been listening to Bobcaygeon all day, and just now Googled to see if Funko POP! made HIP POP!'s I totally endorse this ideas and would buy the set. Kudos to whoever made these replicas, because they could actually be the real McCoy looking at them.
There is No Way that Funko is unaware of the significance of the HIP in Canada This is a No Brainer to ANY HIP FAN but these would be the Top Selling Funko Pops to date in Canada by a Landslide & how many Gord Downie Chase figures could they roll out!!.Rest Easy Gord !!
I have been huge Hip fan since the 90's and I would love to have these figures for our collection of Tragically Hip Memorabilia! Please Please Please! Thank you!
The Tragically Hip are incredible musicians and role models, please make them Funko Pop (stars) So I can have them in my home!
They will sell out in Canada no doubt!!!
