Dear Ambassador Vickers - Canada's turning 150! Can we come to yours?

Dear Ambassador Vickers,
As I'm sure you're aware, for years the American Ambassador often throws a party for American citizens living in Ireland on the 4th of July to celebrate their independence but every year, Canadian ex-pats living in Ireland are always searching for other fellow Canadians to celebrate with.
I hope you don't think I'm being a "keener" but it's important that we find fellow canucks that can appreciate the value of a good double-double, or a vodka bacon ceasar on the rocks or a piping hot poutine with real gravy and cheese curd (never shredded!).
So we were wondering, with Canada turning 150 this year, would you pretty please consider throwing a little party for us hosers? We promise to be good Canadians and take our "runners" off when we come in and help you and the missus with the clean up after!
It'll be great! We'll bring a couple of "two-fours", a couple of "mickeys", we'll wear "toques", kick back on the "chesterfield", eat "whale's tails" (I hear they're a beauty!), use plenty of "serviettes" and "give'r" until the wee hours! We promise no "kerfuffles" though!
But seriously, it would be a great opportunity meet all the wonderful and talented Canucks that have made Ireland their home over the years and celebrate this incredible milestone together with you at the Oakley Road residence!
Whadda ya say? Please and thank you?
