On the 31st of August an Native American man was shot in the chest 4 times.He was deaf. He was carrying a knife because he was a wood carver the police man shouted at the man who was only ten feet way "PUT YOUR KNIFE DOWN!". But he couldn't hear because he was half deaf and so the police officer shouted again but he hadn't heard so the police man shoot him 4 times in the chest in daylight! Hearing this shows that deaf people are not safe! They deserve rights! If that officer had just walked up to the man and asked him instead of shooting him after 1 minute of shooting he might still be alive. DEAF NEED RIGHTS!
