Guilty or Innocent, Deaf person has a right to be heard and expresses his sign language. According to Declaraction of human right, everyone has a right to access information. Cort system failed him. Very angry

Regardless of the events that led to the arrest - a deaf person should never be formally arrested, charged or sentenced without full access to ISL. This case was clearly presented in breach of the defendants equality and human rights. I'm appalled!

Am disappointed that Judge Kelly didn't practice what he preaches. The client is entitled to a fair trail with full access to his first language Irish Sign Language (ISL). He's within his human rights to have full access to what's going on.

We are not approve for what the judge done the very unfair treatment to the deaf person and its access. We want it to be fair and justice must be done.
