Everyone has the right to a fair trial. Irregardless of your race or religion or background. It wasn't right to take advantage of a deaf man. He is a victim of discrimination and this isn't right. What if the other person going on trial with the deaf man gave a false account or story about what truly happened since there was no interpreter?
More so, would the judge feel happy if his daughter or son who is deaf went through the same thing?
Deaf people are humans and have the right to use sign language to communicate the same way hearing people use their mouths and speak different languages to understand each other.
