Access to justice in one's naive language is a basic human right. Deaf people are full citizens and deserve to have their human rights recognised.

The judge was so wrong to go ahead without an interpreter! The judge should give this man another trail this time with an interpreter to give him a fairer trail of his explaination

Awful to know what a shame for judge n court, donegal deaf fella haven't an interpreter, how do judge dare to do that for him.... He need to all info by his need access for interpreter

Where is deaf right is very importance deaf people have full 100% access and fullly understanding information by bsl signer

I think that digusting and very unfair that the deaf person had to suffer. Let's hope this changes for the future X deaf, hearing, black white whatever that person is we all human and need to be treated the same. It's all wrong

Deaf people have right to be equal and have a fair trial . Disappointed with the judge/court system failed to provide with a Irish sign language interpreters .
