I drive regularly on this road and have had some close calls with unsafe drivers. Please address this matter as a top priority.

Legislators and Governor Hochul, we are tired of feeling threatened by drugged drivers on NY's roadways and we want the law fixed.

August will mark the 13th year since my mom Fran Pallozzi, Rose Hume and Carol Lansing were killed by a drugged driver. The judge just called the deaths of these three women a horrible accident. This was a drugged driving incident and as horrible as it was no charges were brought against the driver. She killed three women who were standing next to a church. This cannot continue! Too many lives in the last 13 years have been adversely impacted because of the lack of action from our legislators. It is time to act for the good of the community!

It is time to put the safety and lives of New Yorkers first and foremost. Impaired driving kills innocent lives each and everyday. Allow law enforcement the tools necessary to enforce drugged driving. Allow there to be justice for families whose loved one's are injured and/or killed at the hands of a drugged driver. Saving lives should never be a question. Stop the destruction on our roadways.
