Having a daughter at 16 killed in a dwi and the 17 yr old got youthful affender and now seeing lots of people smoking weed and driving around I agree with this bill

Anyone driving while impaired by drugs or alcohol should be punished. If they kill someone it’s vehicular man slaughter or murder.
