A petition to deter, wrong doing by used car dealerships of vehicles with safety recalls. This is a Petition to regulate the Used car dealerships and franchises from selling vehicles to consumers without full disclosure of defects of safety under recall. That all sales are condition upon the factual disclosure to buyers, and further that dealerships must signed a form that the dealership or its agent(s) at the point of sale, by checking a box on a "State" disclosure form, that indicates I, "Do" state under penalty of Law that I/we have "Not" failed to disclose dangerous defect of safety of which is issues that exist or that are subject to safety recall and vehicle is safe of any defect under any existing safety recall . The dealership shall promptly address any outstanding recalls, and or that any outstanding recalls that exist, will be properly address by repair prior to such sale in order for agreement , contract or sale to be satisfied as binding. Dealerships shall not fail to take those measures to protect consumer right to know and their safety is foremost consideration in used vehicle sales. A Dealership and its agent(s), or sales employee is required by law; to purposely , and directly disclose, or inform or seek to intentionally reveal all defects by vehicle VIN any other measures available publicly and to include National Highway Transportation Safety Administration recalls or other available agency, group, or tracking method deemed proper by prescribed legislative design. . The dealership takes on legal responsibility to the consumer, and/or potential cause of liability by injuries or death that may result in its failed disclosure or repair or mechanical defect under safety recall. The State shall set and enforce a penalty as prescribed by law for violations to include possible licencing penalty of the DDETR Act.
