I think the Halloween Free Dress is both essential and important to the DCB community. It show the support of our school for the Halloween culture. By having a Free Dress at Halloween students can express their personalities by choosing their costume for the day. It also makes the school more vibrant and it will create a more exciting day by adding flavor in it.
