To the Manager and City Councilors of the City of Durango:

As a resident of the City of Durango, I would appreciate the opportunity for an open community conversation about the role of local government in supporting public media.  Specifically, I'd like the City to revisit its decisions regarding the use of cable television franchise revenues.  Durango Community Access Television is a valuable local resource, enabling a multitude of community voices to be heard.  I believe it deserves our support.
