This is an excellent local facility and you always see players of all ages enjoying sport in the outdoors. The courts are well used and now are well worn and needing replaced

Courts which aren't draining and becoming slippy absolutely need replacing. Dalgety Bay is providing a fantastic service to the community and needs support.

This is an extremely important facility within Dalgety Bay. Our children need this just as much as our adults. Outdoor recreation is always very popular here, with waiting lists on most outdoor pursuits. This upgrade would be gratefully received, and immensely popular.

With an increase in the number of members since December 2019 of 93 (over 70%) to 224, and a coaching programme which is nearing capacity offering 27 classes over 6 days a week and catering for 169 bookings per week (an increase of 284% since June 2019), it is imperative that the courts are kept in as good condition as possible to cater for the obvious demand. Replacing the courts which are old and worn, is essential.
In addition, there are numerous tournaments planned throughout the year which will attract customers from across Scotland, bringing additional business to the local community.

The club has made amazing progress since the start of 2020 in building a great tennis programme. Refurbishing the courts and upgrading the floodlighting are essential next steps in making it an all year round programme. The Dalgety Bay community will gain a huge benefit from this development.

Given the pandemic we are still going through, tennis has been very fortunate, in the most, been able to continue. Having top class facilities to allow this to happen is a must. We don’t know what is around the corner but if tennis can help people both physically and mentally through pandemics, then it’s a must to have fit and proper courts to play on.

Provided support and entertainment for kids for most of lockdown. Richly deserves any funding available.
