This is horrible I was a GP customer for years now cancel it can't stream it doesn't work on Roku it lags customer service is hell I had to cancel my account and after a month I still don't get my refund and the answer is Be patient yourself and the "attention" only through chat and very bad you can only see 3 devices at the same time but with 2 it already gives problems, the reel between plays is terrible the same image of DAZN is boring and it's more reel than game... it's disgusting nothing positive, I think it was a serious mistake by the NFL to sell the rights here, the quality to which we were accustomed to with Game Pass does not exist

I used to watch 2 games at the same time, while keeping NFL Redzone on my computer to keep track of fantasy football events. That's how my sacred Sundays went. Now I can't do it because 2 device limit, plus a thousand other features that NFL GP used to have that will be taken away from migration to DAZN. Unluckily, I had autorenew on and if I had known Game Pass would be moving to DAZN I wouldn't have done it, especially seeing how limited the experience is. I could just pay for regular streaming options in my country to watch the games for much cheaper and without losing anything because frankly DAZN is not offering anything of value besides watching the games. We urge NFL to take the service again, or work with DAZN to add all the features that we lost. If the service will remain this limited, then we demand a reduction in the price to account for this.

Not happy with this new service. Game Pass had its bugs but did what was needed. We need the American ads, scores hidden, option to start from the beginning of the broadcast, even in the middle of a game, and the option for highlights, full game or ‘game in 40’.

What a waste of money. The service is just garbage. No 1080p, can't watch from the beginning of games like the years past etc. GARBAGE and just plain sucks!

DAZN is vastly inferior to the old Gamepass. Poor navigation, poor client, low bandwidth, unable to watch when travelling. Terrible.

I've requested a refund it is so poor. The chromecast loss is a deal breaker.
