I've been a NFL GamePass subscriber in Japan for many years. It is totally unwatchable in it's current state on DAZN. Bad stream quality on both the TV app and web browser, 5-second buffering after every skip forward/backwards, you see score spoilers on live games since you can't start a stream at the beginning, and it seems like all the daily NFL Network shows are missing (like Good Morning Football, GameDay, etc). I haven't even tried the mobile app yet but game downloads usually play a big part for me during the season when commuting on trains or in areas without good internet connection. This is by far the most expensive subscription service I have and I am not happy with it at all now.

Been purchasing GamePass happily for 10 years until now. Watching NFL in Australia has become a nightmare. Will not be continuing to support the NFL with these anti-consumer decisions.

Everyone in the NFL managment should be forced to watch all NFL games via DANZ. Maybe then they would cancel this and move back to the Game Pass app. I cannot say just how bad it is from the stupid wait time for games to start to even trying watch a full game is difficult to even find in the app unless you are a DANZ expert. All in all this was a bad experiance I will be asking for my money back as this is a major down grade and in Australia we have rights what is sold must be fit for purpose and DANZ is not.

Terrible move by the NFL to force us onto this dumpster fire that is DAZN.
They are completely inept and not ready to handle something as big as the NFL.

This is insane, they attempt to charge me every day for a full season of GamePass when I've never signed up to a full season. This isn't including the fact they are trying to charge me before I've ever accepted any terms with them or gave them my card information. This seems insanely illegal and the NFL should be ashamed. If you're going to sell out atleast do it to a company that isn't awful.

DAZN is a crap streaming service. Non existant customer service thats completly incompetant. Essentialy going to DAZN has prevent so many people from being able to use gamepass now

Total trash! I want my Gamepass back the way it used to be! NFL fan for 33 years, Gamepass customer since launch. Canceled my subscription already because DAZN is trash and a ripoff!
