Loyal customer for more than 8 years, now being locked out of my account due to international move original sign up. Customer service has been terrible/useless, unwilling to help for 7+ weeks and they are asking me to sign up with a new account at new rate instead of my ‘old rate’ which would have been carried over. Absolutely terrible way to treat international viewers and loyal customers.

The switch to DAZN is a disaster - they claim to be world leaders, but their service is awful and simply not up to modern standards. Video quality is variable even on a fast internet connection, and the editing (if you can call it that) is amateur - many schoolkids could do a more professional job. The NFL needs to admit it has made a huge mistake which will lose them subscribers, and fix it now. Last year I felt I got value for money, this year I'm being ripped off.

DAZN has been the absolute worst experience ever. Their customer service is non-existant. After having international gamepass for many years I couldn’t even log in to sign up as they had information from an old DAZN account in Canada (that I had been told was deleted as I requested when I moved overseas) using the same email address. After a ton of back and forth of non-answers from their bot I was able to finally turn off autorenewal for this coming year given the horrible service. Just let us sign up and pay for the US NFL+ or go back to the previous app which worked fine. I can believe they make it so difficult for people that want to PAY YOU MONEY for a service.

Ruined gamepass, I will be using pirate streams now instead. Terrible for expanding the game internationally.

DAZN is a poor service in any sport not just NFL. Our only hope is DAZN bankruptcy in a few years because their tech issues are countless. I was a beta tester of service and never work properly (three years ago with football). Next year I will cancel an this year I will download from other sites.

Account transfer was not possible, had to create a new one. Re-live is unplesant: why this annoying loop and no cuts? UI is also worse tha before.
