Keep sending mails, that I need to pay immideatly, allthoug I've paid 3 weeks ago. Extremly bad customer support. Why do they send me, to talk to a computer, whose first answer is: I can't understand you. Couldn't get much worse.

Absolutely shocking app and service for an extortionate price. I expect to get the same level of service and quality as previously on game pass not less.

Can't sign in to the app. I watch on my pc but can't cast without casting the whole screen. Buffers costantly. The ad overlay is beyond annoying.

When it's not low quality and buffering it's just straight up stopping and asking me to log a ticket to deal with their trash service.

Uk subscriber here. Agree - seems a major backward step vs the old Gamepass service. Poor quality streaming is the main concern plus the loss of previous features and seamless navigation of content. It now looks and feels cheap yet costs the same. Indeed, with the added inconvenience of incompetent billing (due to pay in instalments as usual and DAZN helped themselves to the full sum via first direct debit - albeit an error the acknowledged, but all the same, not good for the NFL reputation and desire for a premium experience.)
Also, DAZN now doesn't let you log in from outside the UK where old Gamepass did. Ideal for when on holiday or working overseas.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!

Dont forget the fradulent billing of everyone with credit card info. I wonder how many million euros they made by that

Horrible site. I won't even get in to all the trouble regarding the payment and all the errors surrounding that. I'll stick to the user experience. The site crashes way too often while I'm watching something. It's difficult to find programs from NFL Network, and even if you manage to find them via the search tab, they often expire after only a few days. THE WORST PART however, is that it's no longer possible to use Chromecast. That is honestly so disappointing and is really ruining my experience and completely changing the way I watch my favorite sport. Horrible. DAZN is ruining my favorite sport for me.

Gamepass had some issues also in the beginning. I had since day 1. However, for foreign fans, GP turned out to be one of the greatest products out there for us. And after all these years, we now have to deal with DAZN. Unacceptable NFL!!
