Gamepass user for over 5 years. I have never experienced anything so bad as DAZN. Bring back Gamepass. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!

It’s been a total disaster and makes me questions if I will be able to have gamepass going forward. A shame and the nfl is really my passion in sports and it feels as though the nfl doesn’t want my support.

Long time NFL Game Pass customers. DAZN experience is awful, 2 weeks trying to get my refund, a disgrace!

I'm a International bus driver and i can't watch games in other country. I can't even download game to watch later. In this situation it was waste of money.

Rubbish non existent customer service with unreachable email and pretend phone number. Bring back NFL to run the passes.

Doesn't show the american commercials for the chosen game. 45+ minute waiting times for support, not something I have time for. I had cancelled my subscription before the move to Dazn and they still daily mail me wanting payment for a subscription. The overprices Gamepass subscription does not give access to other Dazn services. Laggy signals where other streaming services go clean through.

No possibility to download games to own device
Ad breaks not removed in "relive"s
Local blocking - eg. subscribers commuting between Belgium and the Netherlands can only watch while in the country where they subscribed. Or eg. Non-UK subscribers traveling to the UK for London games are unable to use GamePass while in the UK
No possibility of joining a stream from its beginning (spoiler-free without seeing the current score)

Have had nothing but issues with this service and now cannot log in! Terrible and a massive backwards step for fans here in the UK
