DAZN version is terrible. They show the game stats next to the game when you go back to watch it after the fact. Why? There is no way to remove it. It is not possible to use the DAZN app on Swisscom in Switzerland to watch the NFL, even though the game is shown as locked on the app.. why? Same with Apple TV, DAZN app doesn’t allow you to view NFL game pass. So basically I can only see the games on my computer, which is not what I signed up for. Staff have been saying this will be fixed ‘this week’ for 3 weeks. The whole layout of poor, adverts are not removed from games when you go back to catch up, as they were on the previous NFL game pass, making it very annoying to have to skip through the ads all the time. Overall the DAZN game pass is a terrible product.

This is how the NFL supports illegal streaming, by such poor business decisions like getting rid of GamePass international and moving to DAZN, which I immediately cancelled. Someone's manager of a manager should be fired.

Agreed with everything. 720p streaming, and it still buffers! Horrible sound with screensaver during ads, ads not removed on replays wasting data. Where are all the old games? This absolutely horrible. Would request a refund but looks like they just don't do it from what others are saying. Furious I wasted money on this. You can only hope they can make some improvements as the season goes on. If not, will never give a cent to the NFL ever again.

Already paid for full year assuming that Game Pass would be the same on DAZN platform. Have now cancelled my subscription.

100% agree with OP's assessment of the flaws of GamePass on DAZN. As a creator of NFL content and an avid user of the old platform, this new iteration is unusable. Having given DAZN feedback as to how they can make their service acceptable (eg easier scrubbing and access to All-22 film), they showed no recognition of the feedback and across two weeks of interaction showed no interest in amending these flaws. I got a refund after repeated requests. It appears the NFL's products are for sale with little quality control. Having already put up with the NFL's egregious display of ads making watching games live unbearable, I welcome competition from the likes of the USFL and XFL.

The changes are not acceptable. Offer the same service as always or I will cancel. Changing Game Pass to a different provider is all fine and dandy-but NOT at the cost of the quality of service we long term subscribers are used to.

Utter crud. No download to watch offline. No longer able to watch what you pay for while abroad. On android tablet games always start in 5min highlight mode.. pause quick or have it ruined. TV app -- watch a game that ended a few hours ago and it plays with minutes to go!! Pause and rewind with your hand over your eyes... Utter rubbish.

Wir haben NFL-Pass über 5 Jahre gehabt. Es hat alles gepasst: Kommentatoren, Halftime-Pause, sogar Werbung. Für USA-Fans war es die schönste Zeit des Jahres: Saison in Europa zu verfolgen. Nun überlegen wir es einfach bei RTL die Spiele zu schauen, da DZAN ist kompletter Desaster ist.
